The Administrative Assistant/Software Specialist Program is designed to provide individuals with office skills and knowledge to perform secretarial duties in general office settings.  A strong foundation in commonly used office computer software is taught.  Students learn bookkeeping, information and word processing, business math, and computer skills/applications.  Actual office assignments are accomplished through work simulation activities in each course.


Students have the option of continuing this program through Penn Highlands Community College for the Associate of Applied Science degree.
