in preparing for the Winding Road to Transition

The most common road in adult life -- starting a new career -- definitely counts as one of those changes that sets us on the "Winding Road to Transition." Just as in driving down a road, we steer and maneuver if we have some familiarity with the road, or at least a map to see where we are and where we are headed.

The Career Development office personnel will assist you while you come upon those curves in the road. We will be here to help you make your way from on curve to another until the road becomes straight.

Location: Adult & Continuing Education Office

Office Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (unless otherwise posted)
Appointments may be scheduled before or after class

Career Resource materials are available

	Maintain relationships and establish new relationships with potential employers.
	Maintain relationships with area employment agencies and temporary agencies.
	Maintain computerized resume files for graduates for easy updates, when needed.
	Provide on-line resume service to students interested in internet recruiting.
	Provide resume preparation service to those students who do not have access to a computer.
	Post job orders on the Job Placement office bulletin board as they become available for student review.
	Provide students with a list of available trade-specific web sites for resume posting.
